As we get ready to open our first shop ever, we invite you to help us fill it with all the goods!
As an ethical brand, our profit margins are a little smaller than most and to help fill in the gaps, we are hosting a few fundraisers over the next 28 days that will help us fill the shop and run business in a way that is consistent with our heart and values — making ethically made goods accessible for all.
We know many of you have been with us and waiting for us to open for quite some time, so we thought it would be fun to use our empty shop as a backdrop for a couple opportunities to support our community. Of course, no pressure at all. We hope that no matter what - we will see you, our local family, opening week (sometime in March!). In case you are not local, but want to get in on this - don't worry! We have a little something just for you.
#1 The "I'm with you" Gift Card Sale
Purchase a gift card from us to use at the shop or online during opening week (sometime in March!). With every gift card purchase of $100 + more, you get a free made tote bag on us.
Dates: Saturday, January 7th - Saturday, February 4th.

#2 The First Annual Clothes Sale
Be one of the first to join us in the shop as we turn it into our very own little vintage and thrift store, complete with women’s clothing of all sizes, a comfy fitting room, and of course — coffee, drinks, and a lovely charcuterie board spread. We think a new year offers a great time to go through your closet and do a little simplifying; as you do — we would so appreciate your donations! From there, we will organize it, tag everything, and get it all ready for the big sale. No tickets needed for this one, just come and shop! As you know, we love seeing clothing being worn and given more than one life, which we think beautifully honors the precious hands of the person who made it.
Donate clothing: Tuesday, January 24th - Thursday, January 26th, from 11am-2pm at our shop or contact us and we will pick up from you!
Shop: Friday, January 27th, 7-9pm + Saturday, January 28th, 10am-4pm.
Location: Our new shop (201 Monticello Ave. Suite 4117 Williamsburg VA, 23185).
Next step: Go through your closet and pull out any clothing that you are not wearing, but is still in good condition. BTW, if you do have clothing beyond repair and you don’t know what to do with it — we will have a box at the sale that will be being donated to a textile recycler in DC.
#3 The White Wall Sessions
One of our favorite local photographer friends is hosting a mini photo session experience in our clean, white, modern space. She is even giving a portion of every session right back to us, to fill the shop. It’s the perfect opportunity for you to get some fresh headshots or a quick brand shoot for your new adventures. You can finally fill those frames and get a new family photo for the wall, or celebrate your holiday engagement with a sweet Saturday morning day date!
Dates: Saturday, February 4th, beginning at 10am (limited spots available).
Location: Our new shop (201 Monticello Ave. Suite 4117 Williamsburg VA, 23185).
What is included: 20 minute session with unlimited image delivery via online gallery, access to a few fun seating and backdrop options, and our brunch bar, complete with coffee, tea, and a few delicious things to munch on or help keep the kids entertained.
Cost: $350.

In case you can't tell, we are a little excited about our new shop.
For one — we cannot wait to be able to order more from all of our artisan partners and support more fair employment which makes for good stories all around the world. And, two — we can't wait to have a space to grow with you, learn with you, and do this thing called life with you.
