These are made by a talented group of artisans in Morocco, called Bohemia Design. They are are handwoven in small batches by women artisans in rural communities on the outskirts of Marrakech from raffia. Basket making is an important source of income for rural villagers as the trade offers supplemental income for families relaying on crops.
