Women's Bean Project is a non-profit social enterprise providing a safe and accepting work environment where impoverished women can learn the skills required for gainful employment and self-sufficiency. Through sales of their products, at-risk women receive skills training and income, replacing the effects of demoralizing poverty with self-confidence and hope. These sales also support small, local farmers, from whom ingredients are sourced.
